Description
Coat Ribs or Chicken with Olive or Cooking oil. Place rib/schicken on flat pan and season liberally with Balls Cajun Bar-BQ Rub on both sides. Cover and place in the fridge for at least 4-8 hours, over night is even better. Place ribs/chick on the pit or in oven and coot at 300 degrees until done (2-2.5 hours)
